Free for the first 5 users — no credit card required. Once you cross 5 users, billing kicks in via Paddle for every active user.
Storage policy
We include 10 GB of rolling recording storage per user with 12-month retention. At our default audio compression that’s roughly 900 hours per user — enough for a heavy outbound day every working day of the year.
If you exceed 10 GB, overages are billed at $0.05/GB/month. We email the org owner at 80% of the included quota and never apply surprise charges. You can see your usage in the admin panel at any time.
Cancel anytime
Subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel from billing settings and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Are there per-feature tiers?
No. Every paying customer gets the same product: call recording auto-link, Kanban pipeline, KAM and sales reports, payment tracking, CSV import/export, integrations, and API access. No upsell tiers.
What happens if I exceed 10 GB of recordings?
Overages are billed at $0.05 per GB per month — only after a conversation with you. We never apply surprise charges. The admin panel shows your storage in real time and we email the org owner at 80% of the included quota.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. NerdCRM is free for up to 5 users. Once you cross 5 users you'll be prompted to add a card via Paddle. You can also try the public read-only demo at /demo with no signup at all.
How does payment work?
Billing is monthly via Paddle. You're charged based on the active user count at the start of each billing cycle. Cancel anytime from the billing settings page.
