# NerdCRM

> NerdCRM is a lightweight, $4/user/month CRM built for phone-heavy small sales teams. The headline differentiator is automatic linking of call recordings to deals and contacts by phone-number match — a feature absent from Zoho Bigin and Pipedrive Essential at any tier.

NerdCRM is built and maintained by Nerddevs, a Bangladesh-based product team. It is used internally to run admissions for [Biddaan](https://biddaan.com), our EdTech platform, and is offered to external customers in markets where every dollar of CRM spend matters.

The target customer is a small sales team (5–25 seats) that lives on the phone: recruiters, marketing/sales agencies, EdTech admissions teams, real estate, BPOs. The pain point we solve: spreadsheets + missed callbacks + call recordings nobody listens to. The product ships call recording, pipeline (Kanban), reports (KAM + sales), payment tracking, CSV import, and integrations.

- **Pricing**: $4/user/month flat. No per-feature tier. Includes call recording auto-link.
- **Recording storage**: 10 GB rolling per user with 12-month retention. Overages billed at $0.05/GB after a conversation, never as a surprise charge.
- **Call recording**: Direct-to-S3 upload from a Windows MicroSIP agent. Recordings auto-link to the matching deal and contact by phone number.
- **Deployment**: Hosted SaaS at getnerdcrm.com. No on-prem option today.
- **Stack**: Vue 3 frontend, NestJS + MongoDB backend.
